...came and went. it's actually quite the blessing -- for reasons i won't explain here and now i wasn't quite ready to go into labor. somehow i think little baby larsen knew that.
so, now we wait. not too anxiously, just because we know he'll be here soon enough. in fact, the midwife yesterday said he's totally in position and i really just need to relax and keep hydrated so that my body can be ready to go when the time is right.
any guesses on his size, weight and birth date? i won't weigh in yet myself just because i don't want to skew the numbers but it would be fun to see if anyone gets it just right.

I'll guess April 1, 7lbs less than a half ounce. On the light side of 7. And 19-20 in. How's that??? :P Love ya!! Remember--they are easier on the inside than the out! We're routing for you!!
Ives ... glad to hear you're still hanging in there! I didn't want to "push" Benjamin out ... although we will probably PUSH this one out!

7 lb. 2 oz. - 20 inches and how about... Tuesday 3/31/2009 ... sounds like a good day :)
As Wendy said they are easier in ... but they are such a JOY and blessing when they come out. Can't wait to see pictures - and find out his name!

i'm gonna say april 1 too... 7lbs 4 oz and he's gonna have ivy's eye lashes...
4/1/2009 7# 2oz. 21.5" long
so everyone guessed in the 7 lbs. range, and a few got 20 inches. however, no one guessed his birth date -- nearly a whole two weeks after his due date.
to be honest, i was surprised he wasn't at least 8 lbs after he arrived that late. :)
